Re. I have been registered on the site for a long time, and I have never heard of a surf ticket. I would have told you to contact customer service, but they're on vacation until August 13. I went to Turn site you're telling me about, and apparently you won an allopass code, which is used to buy credits by SMS or phone. You have to go to the credit purchase section. Depending on the number of credits you are entitled to, you enter your code in the corresponding Box. Try it, and keep me informed. If it doesn't work, ask the question on the wall (access from thehome page, top right), there will probably be more people to ask you about it. A + π
